David K Lawyers is a boutique Property Law Firm, with its headquarters in the central business district of Brisbane. David K Lawyers was founded in 2009, by David Krishnan the founder and managing director of David K Lawyers who established the firm with a very clear goal – that our clients and their aspirations are our number one priority.

As our business has grown, we have gained a reputation for our innovative and results-orientated approach. We think outside of the law and strive to build relationships with our clients, so that they can realise their goals and reach for new business opportunities with our support network surrounding them.

Our clients are not just our clients, they are our friends, as we believe a collaborative approach with our clients delivers the best results.

Our Team


David is the founder and managing director of David K Lawyers. He has broad and extensive knowledge of all facets of property, an area of the legal industry which he is truly passionate about. David’s experience spans over 2 decades and his expertise are in both the residential and commercial arena.

David is and always has been client focused with his clients “end goals” always dictating the path forward during the legal process. His commercial approach to transactions have always resulted with satisfied clients, ranging from regular persons through to high net-worth individuals and large multinational corporations.

Outside David’s professional office, he enjoys his private time with wife Erika and their five children along with his love for cattle, spending all his extra time on their black Angus farm.


Anthony has practiced exclusively in property law for more than 10 years. In that time he has gained experience in the acquisition, disposal and development of property for residential, commercial, industrial, retail, and mixed-use purposes. Anthony also has experience in all forms of leasing, acting for both landlords and tenants.

Anthony’s passion for property law lies in its collaborative nature. Anthony believes that property transactions should not be a battle between lawyers but instead a cooperative journey resulting in an outcome that works for all parties.

Anthony prides himself on providing clients with a personal service in a timely and cost effective manner.


Amelie enjoys working closely with her clients to assist them in all facets of Property Law. Amelie acts for a broad range of clients in acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential properties and assists a number of developer clients deliver on complex residential schemes.

With strong academic credentials, including 1st class Honours in Law from a Russell Group University, Amelie offers her clients with clear advice with a commercial focus. Amelie’s focus on open, approachable relationships with her clients helps reduce worry and uncertainty during property transactions.

Outside of the office, you will most likely find Amelie on her mountain bike or sat around a camp fire with friends and family in the middle of no-where. After summiting Mount Kilimanjaro, Amelie is always looking for an exciting new challenge.
